Our Customer Care Representatives work in our Chelsea office, where commitment to our customers is highly valued.
Representatives handle a large volume of calls and walk in traffic, process paperwork and payments, file, data input and a variety of other office tasks.
Job Description
- Deliver first call/contact resolution
- High energy and motivation to follow up and take ownership
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Meet and exceed the expectations of customers, providing professional and efficient service at all times.
- Willingness and ability to learn
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, stay organized and communicate efficiently (verbal and written)
Qualifications and Education
- Above average interpersonal, listening, and organizational skills a must
- Good analytical and decision making skills
- Computer data entry knowledge
- The ability to communicate in Portuguese or Spanish
- High School diploma or equivalent
Schedule
- 8 hour shift Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
- In person, Chelsea MA
