Sales Administrator Assistant
Are you a fun, positive and interpersonal individual, interested in assisting our high-performing sales team?
In this position you will assist our agents in obtaining information for insurance quotes, process and complete applications, and other insurance related paperwork. If you enjoy sales and establishing key relationships with clients with the ultimate goal of becoming a sales agent, this position is for you!
Job Description
- Collect information via phone or in person for insurance quotes
- Direct sales calls to appropriate agents
- Input data into management system
- Complete insurance applications and other insurance related transactions
- Actively check documents and other paperwork for accuracy
Skills Required
- Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and maintain customer relationships
- Willingness to market in a multi-product environment, where cross-selling and customer retention is essential
- Strong computer skills a must
- High level of initiative/drive
- Desire to learn new skills and information
- Detail oriented
Qualifications and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to acquire Property/Casualty Licence within a year of hire.
Schedule
- 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- In person, Chelsea MA
